The new Market Place is one of the first initiatives in the economic and social regeneration of Kettering’s town centre. Revisioned as a vital public realm augmented by new landscape it retains its original functions and character. The new design gives priority to cyclists and pedestrians with increased seating opportunities, public artwork, water features and retail ‘spill-out’ spaces bringing the square to life 24/7.
